    • unlimited text + email support

    • doula prenatal appointments

    • weekly check-ins

    • partner encouragement

    • childbirth education

    • midwife and/or doctor visit accompaniment

    • trusted provider referrals

    • birth preferences planning

    • unlimited labor support

    • physiological birth and/or surgical birth support

    • doula postpartum appointments

    to nourish you along your journey to and through birth.

    With the depth of this care, a limited number of bookings are available each season, and support is often secured six months in advance of an estimated date of delivery. Please inquire within at your earliest interest for greater likelihood of availability for supporting you through birth.

    Birth Continuum Guidance pricing for in-person care begins at *$3750 and blooms based upon span of time in partnership and geographical location of care. Kris travels for doula support from her current home in Charlotte, NC. *On average, families invest between $4700 and $7500.
